The double room at The Retreat was cozy and inviting, with a private entrance that made it feel like my own little haven. I loved the convenience of having a tea/coffee maker in the room, allowing me to enjoy a hot cuppa whenever I wanted. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch for some evening entertainment.
Personally, I didn't enjoy the flat-screen TV in the apartment. But hey, different strokes for different folks, right?

We had an absolutely stunning stay at this hidden haven. The attention to detail in the high-standard rooms was beautiful. The separate bar area and the large private patio added to the enchanting atmosphere. The owner was lovely and welcoming, making us feel at home. The nearby pubs, restaurants, and cafes provided plenty of dining options. The cleanliness and the availability of everything we needed were impressive. Such value for money! We cannot fault this wonderful little retreat.
Our only minor complaint was that the WiFi signal could have been stronger.

The property we stayed at was absolute stunning! It was beautifully converted and tastefully furnished. The attention to detail was evident in every corner. The location was great, with plenty of restaurants, pubs, and cafes nearby. We also enjoyed the private patio area and separate bar area, which added a lovely touch to our stay.
The only downside was the weak WiFi signal, but we were kept entertained with the good selection of books available. Additionally, the towels provided could have been slightly larger, although this might be a personal preference as my husband is quite tall.

The double room at The Retreat in Doncaster was absolutely cozy and inviting. I loved the private entrance, it made me feel like I had my own little hideaway. The flat-screen TV was a great addition, perfect for a movie night in bed. And of course, having a tea/coffee maker right in the room was a game-changer, especially for a coffee lover like me!
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the apartment not having a flat-screen TV. But hey, it's just my preference.
